The Building / Operation Executive will work closely with the property management team to optimize building performance and occupant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee building functions and coordinate maintenance, security, and facility services.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to monitor building performance, interpret data, and propose operational improvements.
• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Relevant experience in property or facilities management, building operations, or a related field is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site, handle multiple tasks, and respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies.
• Knowledge of building systems (e.g., electrical, mechanical, HVAC) and familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
