Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Intern, you will:

Perform routine quality control (QC) inspections to ensure finished products meet established specifications and quality requirements.
Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials to verify compliance with approved standards and specifications.
Report all non-conformities and abnormal test results to the superior in a timely manner
Collect, compile, and analyze QC data to monitor product consistency and support quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in maintaining quality management system documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO14001 requirements.
Gather, organize, and maintain environmental monitoring and reporting data.
Carry out pre-delivery inspections to ensure product packaging meets quality and presentation standards.
Participate in continuous improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

Are final-year students currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree and require an internship placement.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge in laboratory operations, equipment handling, and testing procedures.
Possess basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with data and numerical information.
Are self-motivated, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Are willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Klang.
