HIRING: SENIOR EXECUTIVE – QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – QC to join their manufacturing operations in Banting, Selangor.

Location: Banting, Selangor
Department: Quality Control
Reporting To: Manager – Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500/month

Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring products consistently meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards through effective quality control systems, inspections, testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QC systems, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality analysis.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain QC documentation, records, and reports.
• Work closely with Production and Operations teams to minimise defects and improve processes.
• Support audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, statistical analysis, and QMS/ISO standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
