Full Time Pharmacy Intern Jobs, in Himalaya Wellness Malaysia Puchong - Ricebowl

We are seeking a dynamic and curious Pharmaceutical Intern. In this role, you won't just be learning about the industry, you will be a vital bridge between complex clinical data and the people who need to understand it. Your primary focus will be creating educational resources, supporting internal training programs, and helping to communicate scientific breakthroughs to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Medical Writing

• Translate complex clinical trial data, journal articles, and medical jargon into accessible educational materials (e.g., slide decks, newsletters, FAQs, and infographics).
• Assist in designing and updating modules for our e-learning platforms used by sales representatives and medical science liaisons (MSLs).
• Conduct thorough literature reviews to ensure all educational content is accurate, evidence-based, and fully compliant with industry regulations.

Training & Workshop Coordination

• Help organize, schedule, and facilitate internal training workshops and webinars for cross-functional teams.
• Create surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest data-driven improvements for future educational initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PharmD, or PhD) in Pharmacy, Pharmacology.
• A strong academic track record with a genuine interest in medical education, medical writing, or pharmaceutical training.
• Willing to work hybrid in Puchong, Selangor, with 4 days WFO and 1 day WFH.
• Paid allowance is fix at RM1,000 per month.
