About This Opportunity

Join us as a Senior Technical Engineer and play a key role in leading technical teams, engineering projects, and product development. You will work closely with Sales and our China counterparts on technical support, PLM and SAP matters, product certification, and product improvements to meet evolving market requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop the Technical Engineering team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
• Manage engineering projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee laboratory activities and product testing, ensuring accurate and reliable technical evaluations.
• Manage product certification applications, including documentation, testing, and coordination with relevant certification bodies.
• Liaise with Sales team in product specifications, technical enquiries, customer requirements, and solution development.
• Collaborate with the China team to resolve PLM and SAP-related issues and improve technical processes.
• Drive product development and modifications based on market trends, customer needs, and business requirements.

What You'll Need

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Engineering or a similar engineering role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (required to communicate with China counterparts).

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
