What You'll Learn

• Assist in handling customer inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Customer Service Management/Supply Chain Management/Logistics or related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
