CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. This role involves communicating with customers, handling follow-ups, coordinating appointments and supporting customer engagement activities.

Candidates from Puchong and nearby areas who are comfortable commuting to our office in Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with customers
• Communicate with customers professionally and understand their needs
• Follow up with existing customers and enquiries
• Coordinate customer appointments and schedules
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up information
• Introduce relevant products or services based on customer needs
• Support daily customer engagement activities
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement:
On-site

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
