Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and responsible Pharmacist to lead and grow our retail pharmacy outlet. This role is not just about dispensing — you will play a key role in driving sales, managing operations, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Ensure proper dispensing and compliance with regulations
• Lead and supervise pharmacy team
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets
• Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service
• Execute basic marketing activities (in-store promotion, simple social media updates)
• Maintain good stock management and inventory control

Requirements:

• Fully Registered Pharmacist with valid APC
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with business awareness
• Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented
• Experience in retail pharmacy is an added advantage
