DIGITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from the customers and provide details about the product's knowledge in order to generate sales
• Create graphics & copywriting for social media marketing
• Assist customer service and create quotation for sales dept
• Assist in developing, planning and implementing all digital / marketing activities towards achieving the company's goals and sales target
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities and administration tasks
• Create lead from on-line marketing and attend customer enquiries
• Assist superior in developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans
• To perform other duties assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with 1 - 2 years experience in the Sales and Marketing, Negotiation skills/ Public Relations, Social Media Marketing/Strategy
• Meticulous, computer literate and competent in Office, Adobe, Social APP
• Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia. (mandarin communication is an advantage)
• Self-motivated, independent and possess initiative
• Able to work in Competitive environment
• Tele marketing, Email marketing, WhatsApp marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
