Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) activities for production machines
• Monitor daily and shift inspection checklist for machine condition
• Lead troubleshooting and support repair activities for major machine breakdowns
• Ensure maintenance work follows approved work instructions and SOP
• Monitor proper usage of spare parts and maintenance tools
• Coordinate preparation of critical spare parts and assemblies
• Execute machine improvement projects to enhance reliability
• Support energy saving and operational cost reduction initiatives
• Control departmental maintenance cost including overtime and spare parts usage
• Coach and guide maintenance technicians and repair crew
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S in maintenance work areas

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in heavy industry or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing subordinates.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, mechanical systems, and machine troubleshooting.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 6:15 pm
• On-call for urgent breakdowns as required
