Role Description The Web and Multimedia Intern is a full-time, hybrid position based in Semenyih, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will assist in designing and maintaining web pages, updating multimedia content, and ensuring consistency across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include supporting front-end development, implementing basic web design changes, optimizing site layout and performance, and contributing to multimedia assets such as graphics, videos, and interactive elements. The role also involves monitoring web analytics, helping to improve user experience, and collaborating with instructors and staff to align digital content with program and branding goals.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in Web Design and Web Development, with an interest in creating user-friendly digital experiences.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to support responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance and inform design or content improvements.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies related to web and multimedia.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid setting in Semenyih.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Computer Science, Multimedia, Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content management systems is an advantage.
• Experience developing Learning Management System and exposure to CMS - Wordpress - BuddyBoss are highly preferred.
