This role will be based in Campbell Cheong Chan (PJ).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in conducting line capability study to identify improvement opportunity
• Support Continuous improvement project documentation, reports, Work Instruction, One Point Lesson (OPL) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct research and feasibility studies for new continuous improvement projects with operation team
• Monitor project progress, track timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, and quality).
• Involve in Gemba walk to identify waste opportunity and follow-up on the agreeable action list

Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Food Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on factory setting
