Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems within data centres and critical facilities.
• Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, UPS, generator, BMS and other critical infrastructure systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, equipment testing and operational checks to ensure system reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and respond promptly to breakdowns and technical issues.
• Support planned maintenance, shutdown activities and equipment replacement works.
• Ensure all maintenance activities follow SOP, safety procedures, permit-to-work and critical-environment requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, checklists and service reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors and client representatives during maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency situations and equipment alarms when required.
• Ensure good housekeeping and compliance with HSE and data centre operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Building Services or related engineering field.
• At least 2–3 years of technician experience, preferably in a data centre, critical facility, semiconductor plant, hospital, cleanroom or other mission-critical environment.
• Experience with M&E systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, UPS, generators, BMS or related critical infrastructure is an advantage.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience working under strict SOP, safety and permit-to-work procedures.
• Able to work independently and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns or emergencies.
• Willing to work shift / standby / overtime when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
