About Our Company

We are an established manufacturing and printing company specializing in producing high-quality self-adhesive labels, stickers, and custom printing solutions for B2B corporate clients (FMCG, logistics, pharmaceuticals, etc.). We are currently hiring both Junior and Senior Sales Representatives to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• For Senior Level: Manage major key accounts, secure high-volume manufacturing contracts, and provide technical consultations on sticker materials, adhesives, and print specifications.
• For Junior Level: Actively generate new sales leads, handle inbound client inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate artwork approvals with the production line.
• General: Maintain strong client relationships, achieve monthly sales targets, and coordinate with internal production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirement

• Experience (Senior): Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience specifically in printing, packaging, or self-adhesive labels.
• Experience (Junior): 1–2 years of sales experience is preferred, but ambitious fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Technical Skill: Solid understanding of printing processes (Flexo/Digital/Offset) and adhesive properties.
• Highly self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable using digital communication tools.
• Must possess own transport and a valid driver's license for client visits.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage for regional client handling).
