Barista Trainer (Academic Development) - Starts working in September 2026

Education & Training

3 Months Contract Basis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct professional barista training for beginners and advanced learners.

· Assess learners' competency through practical and theoretical evaluations.

· Design and develop barista training modules, lesson plans, and training manuals.

· Create student handbooks, trainer guides, presentation slides, and learning resources.

· Develop assessment tools, quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluation rubrics.

· Maintain coffee machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and training facilities.

· Keep up to date with coffee industry developments, trends, and innovations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any area of studies.

· Minimum 2 years of working experience as professional barista trainer.

· Professional Barista Certification (SCA, ACI or equivalent) is an advantage.

· TVET/skills training certification (e.g., VTO, TTT, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
