Products2U (P2U) is a Malaysian tech startup on a mission to make commerce and financial services accessible to everyone, especially the underserved communities across rural Malaysia. Through the P2U app, users can sell products as dropship or affiliate agents, pay bills, reload prepaid, and run their own mini online store, all in one platform.

We're looking for a driven Operations Intern to join our team during a key growth phase. This is a cross-functional, hands-on role where you'll support our Operations team. You won't be shadowing from the sidelines.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer and agent enquiries with our AI-assisted tools and SOPs
• Resolve Tier-1 support issues such order status, delivery tracking, app navigation, returns, and account queries
• Escalate and document complex cases clearly for the team
• Help maintain and update response templates, FAQs, and support workflows
• Assist with daily order packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation
• Support stock counts, stock transfers, and inventory updates
• Help receive incoming goods and verify against purchase orders
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pick-up arrangements
• Maintain organisation and cleanliness standards in the warehouse

Who We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Communications, or any related field
• Fluent in BM and English, written and spoken
• Willing to do physical, floor-based work
• Organised, reliable, and able to juggle tasks across different functions in the same day
• Basic computer skills such Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp Business

Bonus points for:

• Any customer service or retail experience, part-time counts
• Tech savy or a explore system on your own
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
• Genuine curiosity about how e-commerce and startups operate

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
