ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be effective in communicating with our customers primarily via telephone and e-mail to provide and follow up on quotations and offer technical sales support. With a good understanding of our product and service range, you will be able to identify, formulate and offer solutions that meet our customers’ requirements and enquiries. You will actively maintain and grow relationships with our existing accounts while developing new accounts and leads.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attending to incoming sales enquiries
• Preparation of quotations and proposals with support from our product and project engineers
• Following up / liaison with customers on quotations and orders
• Providing of first level technical sales support to our customers
• Assist in digital and traditional marketing efforts
• Meeting of sales targets and deadlines
• Conduct demos / presentations / training

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in field and process instrumentation will be an advantage
• Sales oriented, independent with a positive working attitude
• 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred
• Promising entry level candidates can be considered
• Proficient in MS Office
