JOB RESPONSIBILITES

· Supervising a flooring fittings project and project team at site

· Ensure consistently high standard of work and quality standards in accordance with products specification

· Direct and supervise day to day operations of project team as per operational procedures

· Ensure all material requisitions are adequate and timely

· Control and monitor all work to be completed as per the project schedule

· Liaise with Project Manager regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions

· Ensure project team adheres to safety requirements and maintain safe working conditions and practices within the working section at site

QUALIFICATION

· Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Diploma or Equivalent in any field

· Must be CIDB green card holder

· More than 3 Years working experiences

· Familiar with Floorings

· Understanding of the site safety plan and activities operation flow

· Possess own transport

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
