SCOPE OF WORK

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and site activities to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the approved construction programme and project schedule.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of works.
• Ensure proper site safety practices and compliance with site safety requirements.Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, consultants, and other relevant parties on site matters.
• Identify and report any site issues, discrepancies, delays, or defects to the Project Manager.
• Maintain proper records of daily site activities, manpower, materials, inspections, and work progress.

*Hardscape Works – Walkway*

• Supervise the setting-out and construction of walkway works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor excavation, earthworks, subgrade preparation, compaction, and formation levels.
• Supervise installation of walkway base, concrete, pavers, tiles, kerbs, edging, or other specified hardscape materials.
• Ensure proper levels, gradients, alignment, falls, and finished surfaces are achieved.
• Check the quality and workmanship of materials and installation.
• Coordinate material delivery and ensure materials are properly stored and protected on site.
• Conduct inspections and arrange rectification of defective or incomplete works.

*Signage Structure Works*

• Supervise the setting-out and installation of signage structures according to approved drawings and details.
• Monitor excavation and preparation of foundations for signage structures.
• Supervise reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, anchor bolts, steel structures, and associated installation works.
• Ensure signage structures are correctly positioned, aligned, levelled, and securely installed.
• Coordinate with relevant subcontractors for signage, structural, electrical, and related works where applicable.
• Check materials and workmanship against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections and rectification of any defects identified.

*Softscape Works – Tree & Grass Planting*

• Supervise site preparation for softscape works, including soil preparation, grading, levelling, and removal of unwanted materials.
• Monitor delivery, handling, and proper storage of trees, plants, turf, grass, soil, and other landscaping materials.
• Supervise tree planting works, including setting-out, pit preparation, planting, staking, backfilling, and initial watering.
• Ensure trees are planted at the correct locations, levels, spacing, and orientation as specified.
• Supervise grass planting or turfing works, including soil preparation, levelling, laying, jointing, and watering.
• Monitor the quality and condition of trees, grass, turf, and planting materials prior to installation.
• Ensure proper watering, maintenance, and establishment of planted areas during the maintenance period.
• Monitor replacement of dead, damaged, or unhealthy trees and grass where required.
• Ensure completed softscape works comply with approved landscape drawings and project specifications.

*Quality & Documentation*

• Carry out inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Assist in preparing inspection requests and coordinating inspections with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Monitor and record work progress, site measurements, and completed works.
• Report defective works and ensure necessary rectification is carried out.
• Maintain daily site records, photographs, material records, and progress reports.
• Assist in preparing progress updates and reporting site conditions to the Project Manager.

REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Management with relevant experiences.

Location: Site Office (Kwasa Damansara Township Development, Mukim Sg. Buloh, Daerah Petaling, Seksyen U4, Shah Alam, Selangor)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
