Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime and payroll-related matters.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files and HR databases.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, memos and other HR documents.
• Handle employee relations, including complaints, disciplinary issues and workplace concerns.
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
• Manage statutory matters involving EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRD Corp.
• Monitor probation, confirmation, resignation and termination processes.
• Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
• Coordinate training, staff development and performance evaluation.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce-related analysis for management.
• Ensure proper handling of confidential employee information and HR documents.
• Support management and departments on manpower planning and HR-related matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
