About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join the DICE China RSE project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated testing solutions to ensure software quality, reliability and performance.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in test automation and familiarity with modern automation tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Plan and execute functional, regression and integration testing.
• Analyse requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Identify, reproduce and document software defects.
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to investigate and resolve issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites.
• Analyse test results and prepare QA reports.
• Support continuous integration and automated testing activities.
• Perform regression testing for new releases and enhancements.
• Participate in test planning, defect reviews and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure testing activities meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as:

• Appium
• Cucumber
• Selenium
• Playwright
• Katalon Studio
• Eggplant

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in automated testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts/frameworks.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience in functional, regression and integration testing.
• Strong defect analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and manage testing activities effectively.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.

Work Location: In person
