We are currently looking for a Financial Controller on behalf of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Lead and coordinate the company's ACE Market IPO readiness and listing process.
• Prepare financial information, due diligence documentation, and disclosures required for the prospectus and listing submissions.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives to meet public-listed company standards.
• Act as a key finance business partners to senior management and the Board.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• 8-15 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Prior involvement in IPO exercises, listing projects, due diligence, or public-listed company reporting.
