Job Description:

1. Website Management & Development

• Build, update and maintain company websites and landing pages using Webflow.
• Update website content, product pages, banners and campaign pages.
• Ensure websites work properly across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Improve website speed, performance and basic SEO.
• Troubleshoot website, form, CMS and layout issues.

2. Hosting, Domain & DNS Management

• Manage company hosting accounts on SiteGround.
• Manage domains, renewals and related settings through GoDaddy.
• Maintain DNS records such as A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• Manage SSL certificates and resolve related issues.
• Maintain records of domains, hosting and renewal dates.

3. Website Security & Backup

• Perform regular website backups and restore websites when required.
• Keep websites, plugins and platforms updated and secure.
• Monitor website uptime, SSL expiry and security issues.
• Maintain basic security practices, including 2FA and access control.

4. Analytics, SEO & Tracking

• Manage Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
• Handle basic on-page SEO, including titles, descriptions, headings, images and redirects.
• Monitor website traffic, enquiries and overall website performance.
• Prepare simple monthly website performance reports.

5. General IT Support

• Provide first-line IT support for computers, printers, networks, email and software.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts and access rights.
• Manage company collaboration tools, including Lark.
• Maintain IT equipment and asset records.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs and purchases.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field — a strong portfolio may substitute for formal qualifications.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing live websites and hosting environments.
• Portfolio of live websites the candidate personally built or maintained is required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
