• Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, roadshows, product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, event organisers, venues, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, schedules, and operational requirements.
• Manage event setup, branding materials, promotional booths, signage, equipment, and other event requirements.
• Ensure all events are executed according to the company’s brand image, marketing objectives, and approved budget.
• Coordinate manpower, promoters, brand ambassadors, and event crew during events.
• Support the development of event concepts, themes, activities, and customer engagement ideas.
• Monitor event attendance, customer engagement, sales performance, and overall event effectiveness.
• Manage event-related purchasing, quotations, invoices, and vendor payments in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Handle on-site issues and ensure problems are resolved quickly during events.
• Prepare post-event reports covering event performance, expenses, customer feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors, event partners, venues, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for brand activation and events.
• Perform other marketing and event-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
