YOUR TASKS
Handle daily delivery and collection of shipments to and from our customers- Complete multiple deliveries and collections of shipment of a variety of weights. Sort and prioritise workload (including multiple route sort) to ensure time commitments are met
- Revise and update ETAs in accordance to procedures
- Liaise with SPC / admin team to ensure customer requirement are meet
- Establish relationships with external customers to maintain the grow the business in a positive manner
- Maintain agreed service levels and abide by corrective measures implemented as and when required
- Ensure adequate hand over to other staff at the change of shift to ensure continuity and maintenance of SLAs
- Under tight deadlines, drives vehicle to customer sites
- Climbs in and out of vehicle
- Walks up and down stairs as required to pick up and deliver documents and packages to and from customers according to established procedures, in all weather conditions
- Operate a scanner to record shipping and package information for documents/packages picked up or delivered
- Ensure duty collectables are succesfully collected each day
- Ensure ontime & successful first time delivery
- Generate new business through sales leads
YOUR PROFILE
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- At least SPM or equivalent and above
- Good Spoken and Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess valid Driving License and Forklift License (Preferably).
