CRM & E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE – FULL TIME

WORKING LOCATION: SALAK PERDANA, SEPANG, SELANGOR

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a results-driven CRM & E-Commerce Executive to help grow website traffic, online sales and customer retention within a growing cosmetic and beauty business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute monthly website campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Manage email marketing campaigns from A–Z, including customer segmentation, scheduling and reporting.
• Create and manage automated campaigns such as welcome, abandoned cart, birthday, feedback, repurchase and win-back flows.
• Plan and execute SMS marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates and repeat purchases.
• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns that drive customers to the website.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Analyse customer and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing, creative and e-commerce teams to execute campaigns effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or a related field.
• Relevant experience in CRM, e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication and campaign-planning skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion or FMCG is an advantage.
