Key Responsibilities

• Communication: Answer high volumes of phone calls and emails from clients, vendors, and transport drivers.
• Order Management: Process incoming sales orders, confirm trip planning and coordinate daily pickup or delivery schedules.
• Delivery Tracking: Trace active deliveries and provide real-time updates to clients regarding delivery statuses and delays.
• Issue Resolution: Handle delivery exceptions, lost goods claims, damaged goods, and re-delivery or return requests.
• Documentation: Prepare and check Delivery Order documents, custom papers, or billing data.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Education:
