1. Production Monitoring Support

• Assist in monitoring daily production activities and updating production status records.
• Track work order progress and report any delays or issues to the Production Executive or Supervisor.
• Support the production team in ensuring manufacturing schedules are followed.
• Assist in preparing production-related documentation and reports.

2. Production Planning & Scheduling Support

• Assist in updating production schedules and tracking manufacturing timelines.
• Follow up with production personnel on work order progress.
• Support coordination between departments to ensure timely completion of production orders.
• Help maintain production planning records and documentation.

3. Material & Inventory Coordination

• Assist in checking stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and production components.
• Support preparation of Purchase Requisition Notices (PRNs) for replenishment requests.
• Help maintain inventory records and update stock movement information.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure material availability for production.

4. ERP & Data Management

• Assist in updating and maintaining work orders in the ERP system.
• Perform data entry related to production output, material consumption, and inventory transactions.
• Verify accuracy of production records and supporting documents.
• Support report generation and compilation of production data for management review.

5. Administrative & Operational Support

• Organize, file, and maintain production documents and records.
• Assist in preparing production reports, performance summaries, and operational statistics.
• Provide administrative support to the Production and Operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Production Manager.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM750.00 per month
