Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and organised Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the Marketing team in developing content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Assist with managing and scheduling social media content, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate marketing materials, promotional content, and campaign requirements.
• Assist in organising photoshoots, events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
• Conduct basic market research and monitor current marketing, fashion, and social media trends.
• Assist in coordinating with internal teams, vendors, KOLs/influencers, and external parties when required.
• Track and maintain marketing campaign schedules, content calendars, and related documentation.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing basic marketing reports and updates.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
• Familiar with social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
