Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machine Setup

• Perform daily machine setup for production runs, including calibration and configuration.
• Ensure all required materials, tools, and components are prepared and available before production begins.

2. Machine Operation

• Operate machinery efficiently to meet production targets.
• Supply raw materials and adjust machine settings as required to maintain optimal performance.

3. Monitoring & Quality Control

• Continuously monitor machine performance during operation.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and report defects or deviations promptly.

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic repair services.
• Diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Escalate complex issues to maintenance or engineering teams when necessary.

5. Documentation

• Accurately record production data, machine activity, defects remembering, and downtime in logs or systems.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date operational records.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
