We are seeking an IT System Coordinator to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, providing support across a variety of systems and services, including email management, network maintenance, security, hardware/software support, and user training.
IT Support:
- Manage employee email accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and configure email clients.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the email domain and renew hosting subscriptions.
- Monitor email security, perform backups, and implement spam protection.
- Provide first and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage system maintenance, user accounts, and access controls.
Software & Hardware Management:
- Assist with software installations and updates (including Microsoft 365, Google Drive, and webmail).
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets, assist with hardware repairs, and ensure server backups.
- Oversee equipment disposal and recycling.
Security & Compliance:
- Monitor for security breaches and respond to malware incidents.
- Ensure data backup and retention for company assets and departing staff.
User Support & Training:
- Guide users with email setups and IT best practices.
- Create and maintain user documentation (FAQs, guides).
- Conduct training sessions on secure IT practices.
Other IT Responsibilities:
- Support remote workers and meeting room setups.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding staff and liaise with vendors for technical support.
- Test and evaluate new hardware/software before deployment.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company information.
Marketing & Coordination:
- Liaise with web developers and maintain the company website.
- Update product brochures, videos, and company profile materials.
Exhibition & Program Coordination:
- Support exhibition logistics and manage digital materials and AV equipment.
- Collect event feedback for future improvements.
Data & File Management:
- Maintain a well-organized document management system (Google Drive).
- Ensure version control, security, and backup of important files.

What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Have experiences at least 1-2 years.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer proficiency and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and organized.
- Malaysian only.
