Human Resources ExecutiveJob Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.
• Manage monthly payroll processing using InfoTech.
• Handle the overall InfoTech HR system, including employee master data, attendance, leave, claims, overtime, payroll and HR reports.
• Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN and other statutory submissions.
• Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, resignation and termination.
• Manage recruitment, interview coordination and new employee onboarding.
• Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, leave and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR letters including offer, confirmation, warning, increment and termination letters.
• Maintain complete and accurate employee records.
• Handle employee relations and HR-related enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and relevant Malaysian labour laws.
• Handle HR matters relating to local and foreign workers where applicable.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must have hands-on experience in payroll processing.
• InfoTech HR/Payroll experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Able to handle HR functions independently.

Pay: RM3,100.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
