Key Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and analyse complex data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvement.

• Translate business needs into data-driven strategies, providing clear and actionable recommendations.

• Work closely with stakeholders to align data insights with business objectives.

• Transform data into meaningful, impactful stories that drive decision-making and stakeholder buy-in.

• Develop visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

• Present findings to senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

• Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with operational teams to implement solutions that align with strategic objectives.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track and communicate progress.

• Navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing environments with a solutions-focused mindset.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across business processes and projects.

• Take ownership of challenges and proactively seek out opportunities to add value.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or any related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or data consulting roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.
