Job Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business leads, building strong client relationships, and meeting overall sales targets. You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and industry research.
• Client Engagement: Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service presentations and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle client inquiries, overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively.
• Pipeline Management: Track sales activities, manage prospects, and maintain accurate records using our internal CRM system.
• Market Insights: Monitor market trends, industry changes, and competitor activity to identify potential sales channels.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar sales role. (Fresh graduates with strong sales drive are welcome to apply).
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Mobility: Possess own transport with a valid driving license (willingness to travel for client meetings as needed).

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
