Job Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff and the department with daily operational tasks.
• Participate in activities that support professional development in line with organizational needs.
• Support the planning and implementation of departmental initiatives related to your area of learning.
• Collaborate with team members to address operational matters and challenges.
• Receive guidance and training from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Conduct research and prepare reports with practical recommendations based on findings.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
• Accompany senior staff or managers on site visits to retail showrooms when required.
• Be willing to work on weekends or public holidays when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Minimum internship duration of three (3) months.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11 operating systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
