Job Description:

• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website, social media platforms, and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide IT support to the team.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of digital solutions to improve operations.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Willing and able to handle ad-hoc assignment by superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT, digital marketing, and social media.
• Basic knowledge of web development, graphic design, or video editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
