Position: Route Dispatcher Associate

Salary: up to RM 2400 + RM 100 (Mobile Allowance) + Overtime

Working Location: Puchong, Selangor

Tenure: 3-6 Months Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for parcel pick-ups.
• Monitor driver activities and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate route adjustments with management.
• Track driver hours and equipment availability.
• Communicate between drivers and merchants, handling last-minute changes.
• Audit driver behavior and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/ Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year related working experience is required.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Strong knowledge of local area and roads.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
