Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in all phases of the design process, from concept development to project execution.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to gather and understand design requirements and preferences.
• Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed renderings to visualize design concepts.
• Draft accurate and detailed floor plans, elevations, and other technical drawings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
• Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials that align with the project’s objectives and client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure materials and designs meet quality and budget requirements.
• Assist with on-site measurements and assessments to ensure the feasibility and alignment of designs with spatial requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and advancements to continuously improve design approaches.
• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative and innovative with a strong passion for design.
• Knowledge of modular systems and carpentry drawings is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and diligently.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Interest in pursuing a long-term career in interior design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
