JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings, joinery details, and as-built drawings for interior design projects.
• Translate design concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify design intent and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to verify dimensions and collect field information.
• Assist in preparing presentation drawings and layouts when required.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings to meet project deadlines.Preparation of CAD / Technical Drawing for coordination, submission and construction all trades in a competent manner.
• Responsible of all drawings development requirement by project basis.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Certificate in Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Draughtsman in interior design, architecture, or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, joinery details, and construction methods.
• Familiarity with local and international drafting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with designers and project teams.
• Preferred Skills (Optional)
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Experience with fit-out drawings and furniture detailing.
• Basic knowledge of MEP coordination in relation to interior works.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
