- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted functioning of the company’s activities.

- manage the pre-reno process with the clients for example reno permit, payment, authorise letter, purchasing items.

- supervise the overall renovation progress to ensure the quality aligns the standard and the schedule in a timely manner.

- finishing the renovated unit into rentable status.

- assisting in solving tenants any matters of issues.

- arranging and solving any repair and maintenance works in the unit.

- hands on fixing some of the basic technical work for example fixing the plumbing, replacing the light bulb etc.

- assisting the Manager in running errand work.

- assisting on any new task assigned by the Manager.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
