Coordinate and supervise daily project activities at site to ensure works are completed according to project schedule, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
Review and coordinate work activities based on approved drawings, method statements, work schedules, and project requirements.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and Safety teams to ensure project activities are properly planned and executed.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and agreed schedules.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers when required.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and other project documentation.
Follow up on material delivery, equipment, manpower, inspections, approvals, and other project requirements.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve technical, construction, and scheduling problems.
Ensure project activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.
Job Requirement:
Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction, EPCC, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
Experience in site supervision and project coordination is an advantage.
Good understanding of construction activities, project schedules, and site documentation.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
