Intern Modules:

1. IT Support

• Assists in respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Assist in diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in provide step-by-step technical assistance to users.

2. Incident Management

• Assist in Log and document all support requests and incidents accurately.
• Assist in ensure timely resolution of incidents within established SLAs.
• Assist in escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.

3. System Maintenance

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
• Assist in perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.

4. User Support

• Assist in guide users through the setup and configuration of hardware and software.
• Assist in educate users on basic IT policies and best practices.
• Assist with user account management and password resets.

Intern Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Internship period: Minimum 3 months and above
• Possess own transportation (if applicable)
• Internship must meet university or professional training requirements (if applicable)
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and desktop systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic IT applications.
• Good communication skills and able to provide technical support to users.
• Able to document IT incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Willing to learn about IT systems, user account management, system maintenance, and ticketing processes.
• Good attention to detail, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive and able to complete assigned tasks within the required timeline

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
