Warehouse Assistant

Employment Type: Contract – 2 Months
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday + Saturday (Half Day)
Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000 per month
Attendance Allowance: RM120 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound goods, inventory management, stock counting, and preparing online orders from platforms such as Shopee and our website.

This is a 2-month contract position, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Receive, check, arrange and store incoming goods.
• Prepare and process goods for outbound delivery.
• Perform stock counting and regular inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any stock discrepancies.
• Organise and maintain the warehouse in a clean and systematic manner.
• Pick and pack customer orders from Shopee and website orders.
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and prepared for dispatch on time.
• Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment and general warehouse duties.
• Support other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen only.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics or e-commerce fulfilment experience will be an advantage.
• Comfortable performing physical warehouse work.
• Able to handle stock counting and inventory-related tasks accurately.
• Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have own transportation.
• Able to work Monday to Friday and Saturday half day.

Contract & Location

The initial employment contract is for 2 months, with the possibility of renewal based on individual performance and company requirements.

The current warehouse is located in Bandar Puteri Bangi. The warehouse is expected to relocate to Nilai in the future, and candidates should be prepared for the relocation.

Compensation

Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000/month
Attendance Allowance: RM120/month

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
