• Manage daily operations of Shopee, TikTok Shop, website, and other online platforms.
• Create and update product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, sizes, colours, images, and stock information.
• Monitor and process customer orders and coordinate with the Warehouse and Postage teams for fulfilment.
• Monitor store activities, customer enquiries, reviews, and platform notifications.
• Assist in setting up vouchers, discounts, bundles, flash sales, and other promotional activities.
• Support major e-commerce campaigns such as Payday, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Ramadan & Raya campaigns.
• Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with the Warehouse team for stock updates and replenishment.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and e-commerce performance reports.
• Assist the E-Commerce Sales Leader in monitoring sales performance and platform activities.
• Support livestream, product launches, and promotional activities when required.
• Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, and stock availability are accurate across all platforms.
• Perform other duties and assignments given by Management.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
