We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Intern to assist in the planning and execution of live music events and concerts. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in event coordination, logistics, and on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the events team in organising and executing concert logistics.
• Assist in liaising with vendors, artists, and crew members.
• Help coordinate ticketing, guest lists, and access passes.
• Contribute to event promotion and social media activities.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing schedules, briefing notes, and checklists.
• Support on-site event operations, including crowd flow, artist support, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in live music, concerts, and event management.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Able to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with basic office software; knowledge of design or marketing tools is a bonus.

Job Type: Internship
