• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to think independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Extremely hardworking.
• Proactive and takes initiative.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Advantageous)

• Previous internship or part-time experience in e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain. 
• Experience with inventory tools like Shopify or any WMS.
• Able to work OT during campaign periods.

1. Order Fulfilment Support

• Assist with daily pick and pack operations to ensure orders are shipped on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to monitor stock levels and highlight low-stock items. 
• Ensure packaging quality and accuracy of order contents.
   

2. Inventory & Stock Management

• Support stock count activities, weekly and monthly.
• Help update SKU movement sheets or inventory software. 
• Flag inconsistencies or missing items. 

3. Operational Process Improvement

• Observe and propose improvements for warehouse flow, packing efficiency, or stock organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the operational workspace.
   

4. Vendor & Logistics Coordination

• Assist with liaising with courier partners for pickups, lost parcels, delays, and claims.
• Help check delivery performance and service levels. 

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily operational reports, such as:
• Fast-moving SKUs
• Order fulfilment time
• Stock discrepancies
   

6. Cross-Department Support

• Work with marketing and product teams during campaign preparations.
• Assist during new product launch operations such as barcode setup, SKU creation, sample packing, and QC checks.
