Drone Operations Trainer

RM3,000 - RM4,500 / month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To conduct theoretical and practical training on drone operations and piloting;

· To monitor and evaluate participants' practical flying skills and knowledge;

· To provide feedback and guidance to participants to improve their drone operating skills;

· To ensure all training equipment, drones, batteries and accessories are properly maintained and safely handled;

· To conduct pre-flight inspections and identify potential operational or equipment risks;

· To maintain training records, attendance, assessment results and other required documentation;

· To assist in developing and updating drone training materials, lesson plans, practical exercises and assessment materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Drone Technology, Aviation, Engineering, Electronics, GIS, Remote Sensing, or any related field;

· Minimum 1 year of experience in drone operations, piloting, drone training, or a related field;

· Relevant drone pilot certification, competency or accreditation recognised by the relevant authority is an added advantage;

· Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to participants;

· Good communication and writing skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia;
