Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically competent IT Executive to support daily IT operations across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth system performance by providing timely technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting users during daily operations, meetings, and company events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, projectors, operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware, software, and systems.
• Handle Helpdesk requests and provide 2nd-level support for user issues and system-related complaints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to websites, applications, VOIP systems, and booking systems.
• Manage network cabling installation, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure stable end-to-end connectivity.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, system health checks, antivirus updates, and firewall monitoring.
• Support ICT equipment supply, delivery, installation, and proper documentation.
• Provide IT support for training sessions, workshops, meetings, and events (both physical and virtual).
• Conduct data recovery, system formatting, software reinstallation, and basic hardware repairs when required.
• Ensure IT equipment is well-maintained, functional, and properly stored before and after use.
• Perform ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or Manager.

Requirements

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
