Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver a positive shopping experience through friendly and professional customer service.
• Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving individual and store sales goals.
• Assist with product display, replenishment and maintaining the overall appearance of the outlet.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance when required.
• Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, 5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
