Job Purpose:

• Fully responsible on the implementation of group's quality assurance policies, quality manual and management procedures at the project site.
• Fully responsible on the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the project sites.
• Fully responsible on the implementation of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management System throughout the project site.
• Fully responsible on the site QAQC activities such as Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Method Statement (MS), Request for Inspection (RFI), Inspection, Testing and Commissioning activities of site work.
• Fully responsible on the construction material such as specification and quality of material, stockpile and protection and other matter related to construction materials at the project site.
• Fully responsible on the compilation of documentations such as quality record, checklist, report, plan and any other documents which related to site QAQC activities.
• Fully responsible in implementing of internal Non-Conformance Report (NCR) on nonconformities throughout the project site.
• To develop, recommend and monitor the implementation of Corrective and Preventive actions for all site activities throughout the project site.
• Fully responsible to ensure the external NCR raised by the client is to be closed out accordingly within the commitment date given.
• To co-ordinate with the Project Manager / Construction Manager on site QAQC requirements to ensure works are carried out accordingly to the work method statement.
• To plan, assist review the implementations and efficiencies of quality control systems at the project site and discuss with QAQC Manager for further improvement.
• To plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality is up to the specification.
• To assist QAQC Manger to carry out investigation on customer complaints, nonconformances and provide continual improvement plan for the group quality management system.
• To assist QAQC Manager to collect data for analysis and identify areas for improvement to further enhance the effectiveness and efficiencies of Quality Management System throughout the organization and the project site.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or any other qualifications related.
• Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in 1SO 9001 requirement.
• Dynamic & aggressive leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance & Quality Control in the production of precast concrete is an advantage.
• Require coordinating with others internal department, Consultants, KTMB & Clients.
• Any other professional skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
